At Restaurant Zheng, the culinary journey, culture, and health take center stage. Here, you’ll experience one of China’s most important culinary traditions: the Zheng banquet. On the day after the New Year, the most important officials were invited to enjoy the culinary skills and delicacies of the country’s finest Chinese chefs. Tables were laden with luxurious foods and beverages, served according to ancient ceremonies.

Top chef Han Ji weaves this tradition into his culinary vision to offer an experience that stimulates all your senses—one that is both healthy and unique. As a result, Restaurant Zheng is the first restaurant in the Netherlands to serve not only wines but also impressive tea and food pairings.
